The One day Workshop on “ To Build Your Career Successfully “ was conducted on 20th March 2021 by Dr. Ajay Maske under the sponsorship of Lead College Activity of Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The Inauguration of the workshop was done by Dr. Ajay Maske by lightening the lamp in front of Lord Gajanan Maharaj & seeking his blessings. Then the felicitation of Resource Person Dr. Ajay Maske was done by Prof. R. S. Powar ( Dean, Academics). Then the brief introduction of Resource person was given to the students by Prof. K. K. Sahasrabudhe and then the stage was handed over to Dr. Ajay Maske Sir for conduction of Workshop. The highlights of the workshop were: 1. He gave practical tips to maintain mental stability while studying Engineering. 2. How to get the right inspiration and follow that inspiration in proper way. 3. How to get though tense situation of study & keep your mind calm. 4. How to implement some good habits of some inspirational personalities to build our career successfully 5. He also assigned small tasks to students related to boosting up of their ideas in mind.
